I recently inherited our Sharepoint 2010 Foundation site, that is using the Change Password 2.5 web part.  There is constantly an error in the window that says "The user 'spadmin' was not found or bad password was given.  Sounds to me like the service account has the wrong password in it, but i'm not sure where that is defined at.

Is spadmin the user that is displayed in the main area of the web part?

If so, there seems to be a problem with the impersonation settings of your sharepoint site. The web part should only show the currently logged on user.

It shows the correct username at the top of the web part, but under everything is where it shows the 'spadmin' error.  Right above the ITaCS name.
